Dylan is a Director of the Corporate Secretarial Division of InCorp Global. He advises clients on new regulations in company incorporation and complex restructuring. He also helps them to ensure that all compliance requirements are maintained under the Companies Act to the highest standards of corporate governance.

Dylan has over 12 years of industry-related experience, from ACRA filing to corporate governance in private companies. His current portfolio includes more than 3,000 private limited companies from various industries.
