Do I need a legal entity in Vietnam to hire employees?

You can recruit both local and foreign employees in Vietnam for your company without establishing a legal entity. Common ways to do this include using recruitment technology platforms, employer of record (EOR) providers, or direct hiring through various communication channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

Can I pay my employees from abroad as a foreign employer?

You can set up your payroll and payroll compliance entirely remotely. As legal obligations, you have to submit all paperwork for employee registration and salary payment to relevant authorities (namely the Department or Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs).

What are all the services included in the HR outsourcing package?
